About the summit
Now in its fifth year, the CustomerTech World APAC brings digital experience, marketing technology and customer experience together under one roof, with events in Sydney and Melbourne and 250+ attendees per event. Customer technology is no longer owned by one team. The people building digital products, running marketing platforms and owning the customer experience now depend on the same data, content, CRM, automation, AI and technology. The show runs across three dedicated streams. The Digital Experience Summit covers digital products, websites, apps, ecommerce, design, content and personalisation. The MarTech Summit covers customer data, CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle, loyalty and analytics. The Customer Experience Summit covers customer journeys, insights, service, contact centres and the experience delivered across every channel. Until this show, the people building digital experiences, running marketing technology and owning the end-to-end customer journey attended separate events, never the same room. The CustomerTech World APAC is that room. Across Sydney and Melbourne, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Customer Officers, Heads of Digital, CX, MarTech, CRM, Ecommerce, Product, Design, Customer Insights and Service come together to compare programs directly with their peers. Make sure you are part of the discussion at APAC’s event bringing the strategy, technology and teams behind the customer experience together under one roof.
